1/2 pahar de zahar (de preferat brun)

1/3 pahar cacao (de preferat Dr. Oetker)

1 1/2 pahare faina

1 praf de copt

1 1/2 pahar apa (de preferat acidulata)

1/2 pahar ulei

un varf de sare

zahar vanilat

1 lingura de  otet

Se amesteca toate ingredientele cu mixerul, obtinem ca o smantana groasa. Putem adauga stafide si nuca taiata marunt (daca punem stafide putem pune mai putin zahar).

Se rastoarna in tava in care a fost pusa hartie de copt, de dimensiuni 30x20cm. Se pune in cuptorul incalzit.
