500g ciuperci (champignon sau pleurotus), taiate marunt

1 ceapa

patrunjel sau marar verde

sare, piper

1-2 linguri faina integrala

300g smantana

Se caleste ceapa in ulei, se adauga ciupercile si se calesc si ele, cu capacul pus (in apa pe care o lasa). Cand ciupercile sunt gata, se adauga smantana, faina integrala si condimentele. La sfarsit punem si verdeata tocata.
